Anton and Anna Tomsic lived there from about 1930 to 1950. Previously, they lived on Bishop Road and ran the Tomsic Market on East 185th street in Cleveland (1921-1930). They moved to the farm for Anton's health, per Bill Azman Jr. in note of Apr 2014.

I have discovered the address you are looking for; it is 1294 Pangburn Road. The deeds and maps don’t seem to indicate 200 acres but do show approximately 137 acres. It also appears the house was constructed in 1933. I hope this answers your questions. Have agreat day.
