General:
Elvria was married to Lutheran minister. She moved to LA to get away from this unsupportive husband, and there, Aurora Elvira was born.
Elvira returned to her husband and had a son, Werner Gullander, born in 1908.
Werner later became President of the National Association of Manufacturers after being Executive VP of General Dynamics.
Elvira divorced Werner Gullander and married another Lutheran minister of questionable support abilities, named Charles Reier. She then divorced him (then he died) and in 1947, she died.
They lived in Minneapolis, but also in Cadillac, Michigan, and Pierson, Florida. My father graduated from U. of Minnesota in 1934 and he and my mother were married in Chicago that same year. Aurora Elvira had planned to go to the U. of Minnesota, but her mother (Elvira) used the small inheritance she had received from her 2nd husband to support her son (Werner) to go to U. of M.
